Using filters
All Zoho CRM modules have filters which allow you to sort, search, and view specific sets of records that match specific criteria.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use filters in Zoho CRM:
- Navigate to the module that you want to filter. In this example, we are going to use the Leads module.
- Click on the Filters icon, located on the top right-hand corner of the page.
- You'll be able to see the “Filters” sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. Here you can search the fields in the search bar or just select them.
- For example, we want to see only the leads with 'Gmail' address. Then, we select Email -> contains -> gmail.com, and click on Apply filter.
- Now you can see all the records with this condition. It's possible to save the filter by clicking on Save filter.
- Name the filter and click on Save.
