Using filters

All Zoho CRM modules have filters which allow you to sort, search, and view specific sets of records that match specific criteria.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use filters in Zoho CRM:
  1. Navigate to the module that you want to filter. In this example, we are going to use the Leads module.
  2. Click on the Filters icon, located on the top right-hand corner of the page.


  1. You'll be able to see the “Filters” sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. Here you can search the fields in the search bar or just select them.


  1. For example, we want to see only the leads with 'Gmail' address. Then, we select Email -> contains -> gmail.com, and click on Apply filter.


  1. Now you can see all the records with this condition. It's possible to save the filter by clicking on Save filter.


  1. Name the filter and click on Save.
