Profile picture

• In the SalesIQ dashboard, click on the settings icon on the top right corner.
  

1. Click on My profile under General.

1. Click on this circle to upload or change your profile picture.

1. From My profile, click on the settings icon.

1. Here you will be able to change:
   
1. Name, date of birth.
   
2. Description about you (it will be shown on the visitor's chat window).
   
3. Departments.
   
4. Number of chats you can handle simultaneously.
   
5. Font size.
   
6. Language, timezone.
   
7. Communication details (email address, phone, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc).
   
8. Notifications
