Reports
It is possible to see different types of reports, depending on the information you need. We are going to see six reports.
- Click on Reports on the left menu.

Gantt Chart
A Gantt chart is a visual representation of the overall status of the project in terms of time and milestones.
You can select your views to see only the tasks you want.
You can choose to view the Chronology Gantt if you wish to view the status of the tasks alone. Else you can choose to view the Milestone Gantt if you wish to view the project status based on the tasks, tasklists, and milestones as well.
- If you need to see the Gantt report of a specific project, go to the project and click on Gantt & Reports.

Resource Utilization
The Resource utilization chart helps you to know how loaded your peers are. You can plan the work items more efficiently and delegate work better with the help of this chart.
- If you need to see the Resource Utilization of a specific project, go to the project and click on Gantt & Reports.

Planned Vs Actual
The Planned vs Actual feature helps you to measure productivity in terms of hours and understand whether the resource is ahead or behind the schedule accordingly.
- If you need to see the Planned Vs Actual of a specific project, go to the project and click on Gantt & Reports.
Project Timeline Gantt
You can see a bird's eye-view of the project timeline Gantt.
Projects Reports
Use the left menu to change the information viewed.
Tasks Reports
Get a bird's eye-view of the status of your tasks in your project based on owner, milestones, and priority in Task Report.
- If you need to see the Tasks Report of a specific project, go to the project and click on Gantt & Reports.
Issues Reports
You can see different reports by clicking on the left menu.
Timesheets Reports
See a summary of the logged hours.
- If you need to see the Timesheets Report of a specific project, go to the project and click on Gantt & Reports.
