Different Module Views for Tickets

There are 3 different Module views in Zoho Desk:
  1. Classic view
  2. Compact view
  3. Table view
Click here each time you want to change your tickets view:

  1. In Zoho Desk, Go to the tickets module.
Here you are able to see the view named My Tickets. Click on 'My Tickets' to change the view.


  1. You can select a view or create a new custom one.


  1. Complete the information and click on Create.
